I don't think this issue is Wine Staging specific, so moving this bug to the
"Wine" product. Feel free to move it back if you have confirmed that it doesn't
occur with the development version.

Generally its not recommended to change the Windows version in winecfg, except
the application refuses to run otherwise. Do you still encounter the same issue
after changing it back to the default (Win XP)?
