That would be appropriate. This bug was driving me crazy, thinking about some
kind of weird sound driver-pulseaudio interaction that I alone had, because of
the lack of similar bug reports. Also there are so many web pages out there
that recommend to change this fragment-ms value (via environmental variable or
daemon.conf configuration file) that the bug is likely to be present for a
while.

It would be also nice to document the new WARN() somewhere in
http://wiki.winehq.org/Sound
