due to the nature of this "feature request" for sure.

Wine support of USB devices/classes is grey zone.
Even with some work being done in input devices area there will likely be no
support for the needed device class in the years to come.

* RemoteControl USB LAN driver (ndis5)
* Belcarra USBLAN Function Drivers

There is not really a point to keep this open but well.

A quick search reveals a few NDIS driver related tickets that deal more with
adding stubs to prevent crashes but no actual concept/design let alone a proper
implementation of something something ;-)
