Thanks Rosanne for explaining what goes wrong.

As long as this is not fixed, what is the recommended workaround?

Reject and, once a corrected test is resubmitted, file a bug here with a link
to the not-appearing test result, so that an admin can accept it?

Or is there any way to PM the user (based on the test-result-submitted-mail)
and ask to improve the test result?
