Sorry, that was my mistake.

I had downloaded and build wine-1.7.35 but executed "wine
../ElsterFormular-16.0.20150113p.exe" instead of "./wine
../ElsterFormular-16.0.20150113p.exe" in the build directory. I was so
convinced that I even didn't tak a look at the backtrace.

Executing the 1.7.35 wine version gives me the result that the installer showed
the error, but continues to install.
