Hello folks,

that FIXME message is completely harmless.

You might want to check with the vendor homepage for actual app requirements:
http://pixologic.com/zbrush/system/

You bug report lacks basic information, such as:

* Wine version used
* ZBrush application version used (4R6? 4R7?)
* changes to Wine environment
* if the installer refuses to *install* or the installed app refuses to *start*

I've tested with 4R6 (not even most recent release) which requires Vista+
setting.

One must assume you tried to install with recent Wine 1.7.35/36 and default
WINEPREFIX settings which makes the bug automatically invalid.
