[Bug 38053] Combat Arms crashes on startup in win95 mode

from observations running the game on my Windows 7 partition (boot) once the
game loads
the following files are seen in the task manager (process list)
* CombatArms.US.aes
* NexonGuard.aes


A Logo displaying "NEXON GAME SECURITY" should appear at the bottom right of
the screen just before the game screen initializes.
