I downloaded the game from the link provided here.

I think I have the issue mentioned here. 

The game started as fullscreen, all black. Alt+tab show that there is
configuration screen about game settings, but I cant change any of those
settings, because I cant get focus on any of the programs that are running
other than the black screen fullscreen application.
