1. This patch could be apply on most recent Wine version. I'm testing on wine
1.7.36.
2. Yes, the APC patch is still required.

Both of bugs are difficult to fix for me, I'll keep an eye here, hopefully I
can made a clean test case to demonstrate the APC bug and submit a new bug for
that. (In theory that APC bug should be submitted earlier than this one)
