The original download link from vendor was updated with a successor product
'Positive PRM 5.1' (formerly AveraSell).

That one requires .NET 3.0 and the installer runs into already known MS SQL
server 2005 installer bug(s) which can be worked around btw.

Proper use of search engine easily gives old 4.3.8 download link(s) - which
this bug is about (read the summary).
