This is still an issue, although not as severe. Replacement Video cards have
been installed since this bug was filed. Upgraded Nvidia Drivers have had
affects to this when Normal Literal modes are used rather than Xorg Meta Modes.
This is partially an Nvidia issue but not completely. For example I have to
xrandr my card into 800x600 for the game to run in the right resolution and not
scroll all over the screen due to Mouse movement.
