[Bug 26444] quicken v4 hangs after committing transaction in register

This is an old 16bit version of Quicken, although possibly the best version
overall. However, since V4 is legacy, and fixing this might break a more
current app,it does not seem worth continuing with a solution. Thanks anyway.
