The menu items for Wine's builtin apps aren't part of Wine, they're added by
the distros. Presumably the distros could change them to use wine64 rather than
wine, though I don't know if that would cause problems with 32 bit apps.

I've added the info on wine64 to the uninstaller section of the FAQ.
