Does not work in XP too, probably the servers for this version are already dead
(?). After about 5 minutes the installer complains it was not able to download
required files. The same happens in wine 1.7.33.

trace:wininet:HTTP_ResolveName resolved L"st.cloins.com" to 204.193.144.89
trace:wininet:open_http_connection connecting to L"st.cloins.com", proxy (null)

Trying to open st.cloins.com in the browser also takes forever and aborts.
Maybe the bug was valid one day but no longer.
