debian folder for building 1.7.33

With patches from comment #58 i've succesfully installed LR 5.5. For me
lightroom 5.5 runs flawlessly on debian unstable, i've tested almost every most
common photo editing features. I have an integrated intel sandy bridge graphics
card(i have no idea how to find the exact model), and don't have any problems
described in the comments below. 

In the attachment you can find the debian folder for building .deb packages
from original 1.7.33 wine tarball. I hope it can be helpful for someone.
