bug doesn't really occur anymore. There is for me a really short slowdown after
cutscenes, but the game is still playable. I had only once a scene where this
bug was triggered.
What I noticed then was a CPU usage of 100% and no gpu usage at all
(nvidia-settings says 0%)
sys specs:
Intel i7-4700MQ
16GB RAM
nvidia GTX 770M

For me going into main menu helped already a little bit (more fps), after a
second time in main manu the game became playable again.

I don't think it is neither, because it triggered for me, too. Only once, but
it triggered and I had a lot of free RAM.
I think there is some strange loop inside the game code or a library,
everything else would be weird.
Is there anything I can help with?
