Hello folks,

I'm removing the 'ipc' keyword here since it's the only bug report left using
this keyword.

It was never properly used in the past and more than 100+ bugs would need to be
tagged if taken seriously (from my own analysis experience).

Daniel, you could give wine-staging project a try which carries the current
"state-of-the-art" named pipe patchset ->
