I did a full install in a clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX without Wine-Mono or any MS
.NET Frameworks present at all without any problems.

The blocker for running the Office 2013 apps is the usage of
Direct2D/DirectWrite and DirectX10 API.

There is also a configuration/setup completion loop present on startup (likely
security related).
