Hello folks,

@ comment #2 : PlayOnLinux is not supported here, only post information made
with plain Wine.

The assertion from your log is tracked by bug 37218 (failure of parsing debug
symbols in PDB format).

I can't reproduce this with Unity3D 4.6 and Wine 1.7.34 in clean 32-bit
WINEPREFIX, following the steps described by OP.

Please retest with recent _plain_ Wine 1.7.33 or .34

Used the following 'winetricks' extension verb for easier installing:
