The patch is specifically for problems with the radio on F3 being unable to
sync to its time-points (the PipBoy radio syncs to the "in-game radios" you see
lying about).  You may need to disable winegstreamer in winecfg for the correct
codepath to be used.  If you take some time to test and open a new bug then
please CC me on it.
