I added quartz, and now I get this:
fixme:devenum:DEVENUM_IMediaCatMoniker_IsEqual (0x90e82d0)->(0x90e82e8): stub

everytime I change the background music. so it definitely has something to do
with this.

But I don't know how to fix this.
