In my case works too with default wine prefix (windows xp) and config utility
works without problem only needs have installed net framework 2.0 SP2, net
framework 3.5 SP1 and net framework 4*

Without Debugger (in console: WINEDEBUG=-all wine steam) with Wine 1.7.34

MEM: 8GB DDR3 1333 (2x4) Patriot value (128 bit dual channel: 21.3 gb/s) 
GPU: Zotac Nvidia Geforce GT630 (GK208 28nm: 384 Shaders / 8 ROPS) Zone Edition
Passive Cooling 2GB DDR3 1800Mhz 64Bit (14.4Gb/s) 
BOARD: MSI H81M E33 

Linux Mint 17 XFCE Edition 64Bit - Kernel 3.13.0.24 + Wine 1.7.34 + Nvidia
346.35 with NVENC (FFMPEG 2.5 Master)
