Hello folks,

bug 12182 has been split up into multiple bugs targeting XAudio2
components/APIs.

Please avoid creating feature "meta" bugs in future, instead target the
specific XAudio2 component needed ("missing dll"), also mentioned the actual
game.

Since OP didn't provide further information which XAudio2 API is specifically
needed, leaving this as dupe (which might be potentially incorrect due to
split-up).
