Please try a more recent version of Wine.  1.6.1 is very old and there have
been lots of fixes to the Mac driver's clipboard support since then.

Also, be sure to use an unpatched version of Wine.  If you've got any patches
then we can't properly diagnose what's going on.

Finally, if the problem persists in a recent version of Wine, in addition to
the process sample (which was a good thing to provide), please collect a
+tid,+clipboard log as per items 10.1 and 10.2 at
<http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log>.
