Some more information. This issue isn't specific to WinUAE. I noticed it when
running winecfg. Running winecfg then clicking on the Audio tab sometimes
causes a similar crash.

I installed Wine from the WineHQ ubuntu-wine PPA.

Lubuntu doesn't come with Pulseaudio installed by default (however some
libpulse packages are). Without Pulseaudio installed, winecfg says the selected
driver is winealsa.drv.

After installing Pulseaudio, winecfg now says the selected driver is
winepulse.drv. And I haven't noticed any crashes in winecfg or WinUAE since
installing the pulseaudio package.

Could there be something about the options used for building the ubuntu-wine
PPA packages that assume pulseaudio is installed, hence the occasional crashes
when it isn't?
