Thank you, Austin, for looking into this and Erich for attaching the terminal
output.  However, I would suggest you might want to direct your efforts
elsewhere unless this is a useful test case for fixing a bug that affects other
applications.

This application (PAF5) went unsupported by the vendor about July of 2013.  The
last time I did a full test on the application was on Feb. 23, 2014 with Wine
version 1.7.13.  I suspended maintenance of the AppDB page some time after Feb.
2014 with a note asking anyone who uses the application with Wine to leave a
comment.  Nobody has left a comment.  I doubt any real users would see any
benefit to an improvement in this application.
