I'm definetly not sure. I'll benchmark it again with your given advices. I also
got a little heat problem with my laptop maybe that was the cause of the
performance gain.

FYI I tried with your CSMT patches but this resulted for me in a very strange
bug:
periodically freezes of the picture. The game went on and jumped after a few
seconds back to normal. Maybe I messed up the build so I'll try it again.
