@tichun: please upgrade to the latest development version (Wine 1.7.47 or
newer), if the problem persists attach terminal output:

I tested in a 32-bit prefix and the game starts properly with built-in msvc*
libraries.
Tested with 1.7.44 and wine-1.7.47-67-g22f28d2.
