No change in wine-1.7.47-84-g2294d3b.

To get it partially working:

1. Install SlingPlayer in an older version of Wine.
2. Upgrade Wine (or whatever is necessary to cause Bug 31655)
3. "winetricks -q quartz" (Bug 38938)
4. wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Sling\ Media/SlingPlayer/SPTuning.exe

Still only the left video plays.

Of course with this partially working, Bug 31655 makes sure that the main
application never works again, so it's not much of a workaround.
