Wolfenstein The Old Blood crash in xaudio2_7

Attached a slightly different backtrace.

I tried using 1.7.38, 1.7.43, and 1.7.45. They all have the problem. Most of
the time, I get the crash immediately (after resuming from a checkpoint) but a
few times I have been able to proceed a bit longer before experiencing the
crash.

I will be happy to provide more information if I can.
