I tried version 1.7x first.  I thought I had written up that issue in the
previous post but I may not have hit the save button.  

I tried 1.7x from a fresh install and got the same result.  So, I went back and
re-tried the 1.6x version to try to duplicate the original "fix" to the install
by installing the vcrun2005 dlls.  It didn't work.  It would not install as it
had in a previous test of version 1.6x and installing vc4un2005, previously.  I
could not duplicate the fix on the laptop i currently have to work with.
