Still present in Wine 1.7.44. Testing with pspbrwse.hlp, click "Getting
Started" then "What Is PSP Browser?". Clicking the tabs at the top should move
to another page.

Only the first two tabs work. Clicking Introduction or Activating does switch
to that tab, with a flashing cursor at the top left of the window.

Clicking on either of the rightmost two tabs (PSP Browser Window or Changing
Directories) doesn't switch to that tab. It just causes the flashing cursor
position to move down one line, to the left of the tab bar.
