Latest Skyrim from Steam + DLC + ModOrganizer + maybe 50 mods

I tested this _very_ quickly, maybe minute or so, without any presets just the
contents of the enbseries zip. ENBInjector starts and runs OK. ENB information
text shows up when starting the game, and the in-game graphics are clearly
different than without ENB.

I'll test it more thoroughly later.
