Not so long ago I had also some weird issue. I quess it's the same mentioned
here.

I could also describe being in cloud too, but when I moved my mouse/keyboard
half of the 360 rendering view was rendered correctly. You couldnt see that if
you stay in that starting position. 

works now correctly (didnt install dx, I only set resolution at 1920x1080)
