I changed the Configuration of wine for dxdiag and devenum to "native only" and
copied a downloaded dxdiag.dll and devenum.dll into the Game Folder.
Now it works.

But I actually like the WINEDEBUG Parameter because it helps folks to
contribute to the development with live data.
