So tried here copying to the Desktop the files
Mustererkennung.exe (216 KB)
muster200dpi.jpg  (945 Byte)
Mustererkennung.sln  (625 Byte)
Mustererkennung.ini  (184 Byte, will be overwritten by program)
and it runs at least the initial steps at extracting the number of registered
and the number of participants that have turned up.

I hope that it does for everyone out there, too!
