I can confirm the issue with wine 1.7.38.

Terminal output says:
wine: Call from 0x7b83b69e to unimplemented function msvcrt.dll._mbctohira,

Unhandled exception: unimplemented function msvcrt.dll._mbctohira called in
32-bit code (0x7b83b69e).

So, I'll implement _mbctohira() to fix this issue.
