the problem is here:

err:winediag:IcmpCreateFile Failed to use ICMP (network ping), this requires
special permissions.

to work around this issue, you might have a look at the follwing FAQ entry:

However keep in mind this isn't a complete solution. you have to grant
capabilities to wine64 and wineserver as well.

Make sure setcap worked for you with the getcap command:
$ getcap /usr/bin/wine64
