yes it is! Unfortunately that version doesnt allow to set up a custom local
host address. It uses localhost (127.0.0.1) by default, which I think you can
set up in /etc/hosts if you want it to be different.

You still get the httpapi stub messages in terminal and it still fails to
launch a web browser or even try to start the game - due to failed hosting.
