Like I mentioned on that duplicate bug, I think this is a bug due to winecfg's
failing to update the 32-bit registry with your changes. So 32-bit programs
like Skyrim continue to use the old config (5.1 Surround) even though you set
it to Stereo in winecfg.

I'll work on a fix, no need for more logs in the meantime.
