Hacky pressure patch for Sai

Requres `AvoidOldWacomBug = 1` and `TabletMouseSimulation = 1` inside of Sai.
Also, it's a poor hack. Sorry, I am very busy and I just wanted to get this
working at all :( Based on hints and code from this thread. I do not like the
way I am attaching XI events to the desktop window, but it is apparently the
only way I can actually get XI 1 events working on my box (GNOME 3.16, Arch
Linux.)
