[Bug 38517] Winhttprequest doesn't keep user logged in

After 38525 patch it redirects correctly to test.php. But user is not logged
in.

Test app now sends separate GET request to test.php to verify user is still
logged in. And reports failure if it's not.

(using MSXML2.XMLHTTP.6.0 instead, test app works as expected) 

Attached also php files, system is quite simple.
