Should be fixed with
http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commit/0d91274defcf65093957cf8e43985b9be55642d5.
There are still remaining problems, but they are already covered by existing
bug reports - with
https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/dinput-Events
applied it should work fine.
