pt_BR locale:
trace:process:create_process_impl app (null) cmdline
L"\"C:\\users\\wine\\Temp\\LDSView.7.1.73.x86.exe\" /L1046"

LANG=C locale:
trace:process:create_process_impl app (null) cmdline
L"\"C:\\users\\wine\\Temp\\LDSView.7.1.73.x86.exe\" /L1033"

So if I try to start with /L1046 it gives error and if /L1033 or no parameter
it works. Probably this is a differente issue, I still have to try in windows
to see if the same error happens.
