Just tried to play this game with Nvidia GTX660 and proprietary driver v352.09.
 I tied both anti aliasing enabled modes but black squares still appears.
After pressing alt-tab and switching back to the game, squares disappears but
only for a moment, then squares appears on the same place.
If wine virtual desktop is enabled, alt-tab does not helps.
