I can still reproduce in wine 1.7.44. It's very simple, I even upgraded to XFCE
4.12. My test is:

1 - Install winamp295.exe in a clean prefix with default settings (it will
automatically run after installation)
2 - Open Thunar in a folder with some mp3;
3 - Select random mp3 files and drag & drop to winamp.
4 - Expect to see a single entry for each file, actually I see like in the
screenshot (3 files dragged, 6 files added).

I only have XFCE and Thunar as file manager, so I didn't test in any other WM.
