Performance issues have already been mention in this very bug report:
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34166#c24 I'm not saying this makes
games unplayable or something. And supposedly these problems affect for the
most part low-end GPU users.

Brew is some really cool stuff, but I think people rather use Wineskin and
WineBottler for Wine on OS X. :)
