Is it possible that you set the OffscreenRenderingMode registry key to
"backbuffer" since the last time you played the game? In any case, if that is
set please drop it.

What version of Wine did you go back to to retest? Try 1.7.50 or older if you
haven't tried already.

BTW, next time please attach the screenshots to the bug instead of linking to
an external site.
