Looking at the bisect log, the skipped section begins and ends with changes to
GetTempPath. In the relay log, I see references to the A: drive, which I
suspect you don't have.

Would it be possible to upload a similar log of a successful run? If it's
really big, then the first 2 MB should be sufficient to see a difference
between the broken and working runs.
