Hello folks,

people waste a lot of time collecting the bits and pieces together before being
able to look at the actual problem.
So please provide *all* the information when creating a bug report - this
includes download links and additional instructions.

I can't reproduce the problem, conversion process works fine here.

* loaded the image 'pong.img'
* specified output PBP folder and hit 'Convert'

After reaching 100% conversion the app reports 'done'. No crash.
The output folder contains the final image 'EBOOT.PBP'.
